Please note that the standalone version of sequenceCEROSENE is currently work in progress. If you encounter any bugs or have ideas for improvement, please feel encouraged to contact the authors.

The application is provided as a runnable JAR file and is executed by calling:

java -jar sequenceCEROSENE.jar

To print the help page please use the command line flag -h.
